RAB Manufacturing uses new, state of the art equipment:

The Three Axis CNC Lathe will accommodate material 345mm in diameter by 990mm in length and
the 65mm Bar Feeder will process bars up to a length of 1.2m.

This Lathe will precisely mill, drill, turn and tap.

The third axis allows higher accuracy in drilling flanges cutting keyways and drilling grease lines,
which is all performed in one operation with the turning.

The Three Axis CNC Machining Centre boasts a 1,100mm x 610mm x 700mm machine size and
24 magazine tool change.

• Extra reach of 650mm spindle centre to column
• 20 HP spindle motor with BT#40 holders
• Through spindle cooling unit
• Rigid tapping
• Fanuc Oi-MC CNC System controller for higher reliability and accuracy. More detailed jobs are programmed by Mastercam prior to being uploaded to the system.

This Machining Centre will mill, drill on and off centre, cross drill and thread.

The Unimig 240 Welder is prefect for light fabrication work and general welding.

This welder is used for mild, stainless steel and aluminium and copper wound transformers.
